New Holland Agriculture’s New Distributor in Zambia Debuts at Lusaka Show

LUSAKA, Zambia – (July 30, 2012) – New Holland Agriculture appointed Danatrac Ltd as its new distributor in Zambia. It is a subsidiary of Dana Holdings Ltd, which operates in the market since the early 1980s with a highly diversified portfolio and wide customer base. Danatrac specializes in agribusiness and has built a solid reputation in the sale of tractors, implements and agrochemicals. With headquarters in Lusaka, it has an established sales and support organization to cover the national territory. New Holland Agriculture has appointed Danatrac Limited as its official distributor in Zambia. The newly appointed distributor will make its debut in August at the 86th Agriculture and Commercial Show in Lusaka, where it will showcase New Holland’s highly fuel efficient and versatile tractor offering.

High profile debut at key agricultural show

Danatrac will make its first public appearance as New Holland distributor at this year’s Agriculture and Commercial Show, Zambia’s most important exhibition for the agricultural equipment industry, which will be held in Lusaka from the 2nd to the 6th of August 2012.

The stand will display a selection of New Holland’s highly fuel efficient and versatile tractor offering: the best-selling 127 hp T6050, which delivers impressive pulling power; the TT Series ranging from 55 to 75 hp which stands out for its ruggedness, reliability and excellent torque characteristics; and the TD Straddle (59-98 Hp) mounted tractors, ideal for mid-sized farms and engineered to deliver on productivity and reliability in the toughest conditions. The models on display show how New Holland’s offering is able to meet the requirements of Zambia’s farmers, who require rugged and robust machines capable of powerful performances with low operating costs and simple maintenance.
