Ibrahim “Coachie” Apologizes

Ibrahim Coachie Mansaray, member among the new converts to the ruling All People’s Congress (APC) has issued a press release apologizing for an unfortunate statement he made during the event marking the declaration of Alhaji Usman Boie Kamara with his acclaimed supporters, over five hundred, to the APC that the “Mendes are stupid.”

He said, “As an erstwhile and tormented Executive Member of the SLPP and a Sierra Leonean who had enjoyed great friendship and benefitted from the wisdom of so many Mende friends in the party, that statement on my part was a gross error of judgment.”

“I made a mistake, for which I immediately tendered an unequivocal apology to the Mende people in particular and the nation in general.”
