Government’s White Paper on the Adeliza Showers Commission of Inquiry Report recommends a reinvestigation

The issue has been investigated by the police and found the NGO not wanting. Going by orders of the Attorney General, it means a lot of time is going to be consumed again to establish the same point. What matters right now are the facts established in the Adeliza Showers Commission of Inquiry which the NGO and the parents alleging that they did not consent the adoption of their children are waiting for all this while.
There is one accurate concern raised by the former Executive Director of HANCI Dr. Roland F. Kargbo which is that the Attorney General and Minister of Justice, Mr. Frank Kargbo is employing delay into the process to damp his political ambition as he is contesting for the position of Member of Parliament in Constituency 036.
Earlier we have reports that the Attorney General is throwing his weight of support behind one Hassan Barrie who wants to use crime or criminality as a game point to discredit Dr. RF Kargbo’s candidature.
The point is that issues keep coming around the personality of Dr. Roland F. Kargbo who is now retired. The children adoption issue now concerns the NGO Help a Needy Child International (HANCI) and not Dr. Kargbo.
The Attorney General is understood in the Dr. Roland F. Kargbo’s camp as a man who would do anything in his zest to delay the matter in other to dent Dr. Foday Roland Kargbo’s image in favour of Alhaji Hassan Barrie, who was detained at the Pademba Road Maximum Prisons in Freetown for his collaborative role in the Armed Forces Revolutionary Council (AFRC) an illegal government headed by Special Court’s most wanted man Major Johnny Paul Koroma, residents of these chiefdoms alleged.
Of late also, the Attorney General was seen several times, appearing in Constituency 036, Bombali North, claiming to support and provide logistics for Alhaji Hassan Barrie and allegedly intend releasing the report at a time that will be convenient and of advantage to his favoured candidate.
