FC Kallon to Host Warri Wolves in CAF Encounter Tomorrow
Sierra Leone’s Premier League defending runners-up FC Kallon will take on their Nigerian Counterparts, Warri Wolves FC in their first leg encounter of the African Confederation Cup at the National Stadium on Saturday 24th March.
FC Kallon who eliminated Union De Douala of Cameroon in their first round is in full gear for Saturday’s crucial encounter.
Speaking to FC Kallon’s Technical Director, Musa Kallon, he said the team is doing well despite its injury woes. He said they are playing in front of their thousands of fans at home on Saturday with such confidence to defeat the Nigerian side.
The team has been camping for the past month as they underwent intensive training in preparations of fitness ahead of the crucial encounter.
Many prayers are being said for God’s spirit to guide the team as they await the crucial challenge on home soil.
Meanwhile, the Warri boys arrived in Freetown on Wednesday 21st March with a delegation of twenty nine men.
