Bio breaks quietness tomorrow
After about two months of Maada Bio’s winning of the Sierra Leone People’s Party flagbearer election, it is sure he will be breaking his silence tomorrow Saturday 3rd.
Bio’s breaking of silence has come not as a surprise to number of SLPP members at all.
He shall be talking to the entire membership of his party nationwide, hopefully to shower countless reasons of success in his pursuit for the highest office in Sierra Leone.
Disclosures have it nevertheless that his address will bring together thousands of SLPP supporters from across the country come Saturday.
Contemplations are that members of the ruling APC will pay dedicated and greater attention to the expected statement of the SLPP Presidential hopeful.
Unconfirmed information states that Bio’s speech will be centered on his intentions of improving the socio-economic situation of Sierra Leone nay employment, educational empowerment, state security, sustainable economic growth and a better standard of living for all.
Suppositions also have it that he will be addressing oddities in the mining accords between the ruling APC and big mining companies in Sierra Leone.
It is expected though that he will scroll around accusations levied by the ruling APC that he actively participated in the killing of 24 while serving as a supreme council member in the national provisional ruling council (NPRC) government, the legitimacy of his retired Brigadier rank and monies allegedly stolen from coffers of Sierra Leone government when he was acting in the capacity as Chairman of the NPRC government.
Amidst speculation, some members of the ruling APC government have told this press that Bio’s speech will either make or break his political aspiration in the run up to the 2012 Presidential elections.
That he must clarify allegations that he was a killer and a corrupt government official as at his tenure as Chairman of the NPRC junta government.
Leaks have it though that Bio’s speech would virtually not come directly from him but from political think tanks of the opposition SLPP party.
It is a fact that thousands have bought set of clothes (costumes) in anticipation of the Saturday Maada Bio’s welcome conventional victory celebration.
Albeit fears that hooligans and hoodlums might take advantage of the situation, it has been confirmed by the Western region police commander, Assistant Inspector General P.E Wellington that he is all set to police the city tomorrow.

SO BIO, OUR BROTHER, THE BEST THING TO DO FOR US IS TO FORGET ABOUT POLITICS TOTALLY. IF YOU DON’T, IT MEANS THAT YOU ARE INDIRECTLY WISHING THE PEOPLE OF SIERRA LEONE TO EMMOTIONALLY EXHUME AND PUT ACCORSS THE MEMORY OF THE TEN YEARS BAD EVENTS THAT STRUCK THEIR SOULS IN EVERY WAKING MOMENT OF THEIR LIVES.
SO PLEASE BIO, RETREAT FROM YOUR AMBITION OF BEING PRESIDENT BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE THE INTELLECTION TO UNDERSTAND YOU PROPERLY. EVEN YOU SAY IT WAS FODAY SANKOH WHO KILLED THE 24 MEN WE WILL NOT UNDERSTAND BECAUSE THOSE MEN WERE KILLED DURING THE REGIME WHEN YOU WERE ONE OF THE HEADS. WITHOUT OUT YOUR SIGNATURE THE KILLING WOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN PLACE OR WE WOULD HAVE HEARD A STRONG CONDEMNATION FROM YOU. SO YOU HAVE NOTHING TO TELL US.
