Turkish top club hunt Allsvenskan top scorer
After several reports from the Swedish and British media about the Sierra Leonean Ibrahim Tetteh Bangura being wanted by Newcastle, Liverpool, Tottenham and Manchester Untied today it has been confirm that Bursaspor FC is the latest in pursuit of the AIK’s goal poacher.
According a report from Turkish media it has now been confirmed that the player has made a name for himself by scoring week in week out and his goal ratio has brought him under the radar of many top European clubs.
Presently 15 goals from 15 matches in his first season, AIK’s Sport Director Jen Andersson said earlier this week that the pair Ibrahim and Mohamed Bangura they are a joy to watch.
Jen was also pleased with all the recent news of many top clubs chasing their stars. “I think it is very positive for AIK; there are European clubs at our stand during the match after match. This means that they are curious about what we do and that we have done very good things and we will see as something positive.”
However another source close to Sierra Express Sports Desk UK has reiterated that Bursaspor Striker Kenny Miller has declared that he would leave the club now the club management has turned their attention to sign Tetteh Bangura as the alternate.
Representatives from the Turkish top club will be heading to Sweden to discuss a change.
