Three snakes threaten mourners in Jenneh village
Two mate’s children argued on top of the corpse of their late father at Jenneh Village Bo District.
The senior dispenser of the Hamdala Pharmacy Bo branch who passed away on the 22nd June this year was taken to his village for burial and traditional findings.
Mr. James Sandi, the deceased, was married to three wives and has eleven children.
Madam Rebecca, who happens to be the last and third wife, had two children, Augustine Sandi and John Sandi.
Fortune tellers were allowed to perform a traditional ceremony on the deceased to confirm whether family members have hands to his death.
After the ceremony the corpse was handed over to the family for burial.
At this juncture, John Sandi was observed pointing accusing fingers at his brothers and sisters as having hands to the killing of their father.
An argument ensued between either parties thus resulting in having the mothers supporting their children in the use of invectives publicly.
The corpse was later taken to the graveyard where it was observed that in the process of digging the grave vipers spontaneously appeared nay attacking sympathizers who had joined family members to respectfully bury the late man.
It was reported that the snakes were chased at and killed by the youths.
Traditional herbalists later cautioned the children that the attack by snake signifies that the decease is not pleased with the conduct of family members.
