Will Sierra Leone prosectue Gaddafi for his alleged role – 11 yrs civil war?

The indictment and calling for the arrest of Col Gaddafi by the International Criminal Court for the atrocities he is currently committing against his own people, is no different than what he orchestrated and fueled that lead to years of war destroying Sierra Leone.

Col. Gadaffi , should have been arrested along with Foday Sankoh ,Sam Hinga Norma and others for the brutal war in Sierra Leone not ONLY got away with so much but was given royal treatment by governments after governments in African  even though they knew of the crimes and atrocities he had committed against the poor and suffering people of Sierra Leone and other African countries

Now is the time for the International community to open the sealed indictment handed down against Gaddafi for his alleged role in the eleven years senseless civil war in  Sierra Leone.

Gaddafi not only destroyed Sierra Leone to his satisfaction but infiltrated and took with him at the time fine Sierra Leoneans like Cleo Hanciles, Peter Mansaray and so-many who were very influential to our education system. Therefore, our educational suffered immensely because these men who were well respected by students who followed them in the thousands across the country.

We hope the Government of Sierra Leone will take the extra ordinary steps to support the International Community in bring Col. Gaddafi to justice. The government of Sierra Leone should also do whatever in its power to present a a compelling case seeking for compensation and damages as result of Gaddafi’s orchestrated roles in fueling the eleven years civil war in Sierra Leone.
