Burglar Co-Co ‘T’ netted
Ishmael Mboma Co-Co ‘T’ of 15b Upper Philip Street Wellington has been remanded in custody for the offence of robbery.
Magistrate Wellington of Court No 2 on the 16th June charged ‘T’ with one count – unlawful possession of small arms without a license.
In the particulars of offence it is alleged that the accused person on the 5th May 2011, Ishmael Mboma (accused) and his gang were caught with unlawful weapons which they used to rob households.
Making his application for bail, the defense lawyer said that the accused person is a Sierra Leonean who has reliable sureties to stand for him.
The accused was however denied bail and the matter is adjourned to 23rd July. Meanwhile the accused person is still in custody.
