Hon. Philipson Kamara’s successor named

At a meeting of Wara-Wara Bafodia indigenes held Sunday 29th at the Bafodia Court Barray, it was collectively accepted that Hon. Philipson Kamara should take the exit gate and allow Femi Mansaray to represent the Chiefdom under the banner of the ruling APC in upcoming 2012 Presidential and Parliamentary elections.
Paramount Chief Alimamy Amidu I of Wara-Wara Bafodia Chiefdom was at the said meting and jotted evidential testimonies of sons of the Chiefdom.
Shortly after the formal presentation of Femi Mansaray as the Chiefdom’s APC hopeful in the approaching 2012 Presidential and Parliamentary elections, a brand new Toyota 4runner jeep, a pick up van to enhance the movement of people to and from Bafodia, 3 desktop computers, 3 KVA generators, and used clothing.
The 4runner jeep was donated to the Paramount Chief, P.C Alimamy Amidu I, the pick up van to the community, computers and generators to Bafodia Agricultural Secondary School (BASS) and the used clothes to women and children.
In his measurement, the Chairman Colonel D.S. Mansaray said items donated came from descendants of Wara-Wara Bafodia Development Association (WADDA).
He said WADDA is unwavering in its attempts to create infrastructural development, and provide scholarships for people of Bafodia.
Delivering his keynote speech, Femi Mansaray, a native of Bafodia called for love and oneness from among indigenes of the Chiefdom.
The meeting got stalled for a moment as people celebrated the homecoming of a man they believe will bring them fortunes.
Elders of Bafodia Chiefdom thanked WADDA for their offers and assured them of a change in the politics of the Chiefdom, but asked to show understanding with Hon. Philipson Humaru Kamara as he completes his term of office.
Sinneh Wosie Mansaray emphasized on the need for change and commended WADDA for donations it made to the Chiefdom.
