Man stabs brother to death
Reports have it that Abu Bakarr Koroma a student of the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) was allegedly stabbed to death at around 8:00 a.m. Monday 25th by his brother Santigie Koroma.
The incident took place at 39e Betham Lane, Mount Aureal Ginger Hall, Freetown.
It must be noted that the unlawful killing of persons by persons is becoming a concern to society.
Though not widespread as always expected in a society dominated by disgruntled and traumatized people, it nevertheless happens every now and then.
According to reports, the deceased, Abu Bakarr Koroma, got into a bitter argument with his brother Santigie. The argument later resulted to a fight which saw Santigie stabbing his brother Abu Bakarr with a knife.
The deceased was rushed to Connaught Hospital but died the same day.
It was revealed that friends of the deceased were at the house to render retaliation against Santigie, but could not locate him.
The police at Ross Road are currently investigating the matter.
It is also disclosed that the corpse is at the Connaught Hospital mortuary awaiting postmortem.
