No dice, no deal, Lilian Lisk!

Credible information reaching this press states that Madam Lilian Lisk wants government to submit a contract for the inspection of containers at the port to her company Sierra Inspection.

It could be recalled that Lilian Lisk and Basiru Savage, on a number of occasions made up strategies that directly caused them to make plenty of profit at the expense of society.

The amazement begins shortly after it was discovered that Lilian Lisk, in the recent past, connived with Basiru Savage to plant untold corruption allegations against a state minister.

Even though the two succeeded in machinating the dismissal of the erstwhile Fisheries Minister, they are reportedly making frantic efforts to unscrupulously usurp the port container inspection contract from Intertek.

The Independent Observer newspaper yesterday tagged Lilian Lisk and gang Basiru Savage as ‘BLACKMAILERS’ of government.

“Sierra Leone and her Presidency are being blackmailed, reputation smeared and credibility badly damaged by those who feel at all cost the award of contract for destination inspection should and must be awarded them,” words as said in The Independent Observer newspaper of Wednesday 20th.

The newspaper went as far as calling Lilian Lisk and Basiru Savage ‘wheeler dealers.’’

Facts have it that persons charged with the responsibility of awarding the container contract have panicked surrendering same to Lilian Lisk and cohort.

Reflection must be drawn to revelations of Lilian’s conduct on issues of fish trans-shipment in Sierra Leone.

Be it known that it was Lilian that disclosed to officials of the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC) that she has been giving bribes to the erstwhile Minister of Fisheries and Marine Resources, Hadja Afsatu Kabba.

Her allegations turned out unimportant owing to ACC’s application for a ‘lay on file’ of 12 counts and offering of ‘no evidence’ on 5.

It is a believable fact that Lilian’s revealed bribery confessions bear no truth, but one planned to tick-off the reputation of the former Minister.

Public’s opinion states that government should take heed of Lilian’s slyness on issues of contracts.

“Government must discourage doing business with the likes of Lilian and Basiru Savage.”
