City Council Chops Government Grant
Speculations have it that City Council’s tied government grants were untied and money found was chopped.
It is revealed though that the sum total of money in the grants worth over five hundred pounds.
Findings say City Council’s Chief Administrator, Bowenson Philips, conspiratorially joined hands with Mayor Herbert George Williams to untie a huge chunk of money in government grants.
