Olof Mattsson: Bangura is fantastic

Mattsson speaking about Bangura who last season was a huge success with the Swedish side, has said he is a fantastic player.
“He’s a fantastic player. I have not seen him live yet, but I’ve seen him on television and on DVD’s when is in action with AIK squad,” stated Mattsson.
Mattson on his wages – The pay is secondary to me. There is a chance to work with these players that’s important. But it is clear that it is better than the Premier League in all cases.
The 56-year-old Swedish veteran who left his job last season as a coach with FC Trollhättan in the superettan will evaluate his long term stay with the Sierra Leone national team after the Niger encounter.
“I have discussions with Sierra Leone football authorities. It is not one hundred percent clear about long term, but indications are that this can happen. I got a request by Patrick Mork, football agent for most Sierra Leonean players in Sweden, asking if I was interested and I absolutely said yes,” said Mattsson.
Mattsson is the second Swedish coach that has involved in the country history; first was Roger Palmgern who was a house hold name among Sierra Leone football.
