Suma focuses on Niger

Sierra Leone lies third in Group G in the ongoing Afcon qualifiers and the converted  defender informed this media that he is getting back to training and  keeping fit as he will do everything to see Sierra Leone reach 2012 Gabon and Equatorial Guinea tournament.

“For some reasons that is all in my mind, I am going back to training just after the Christmas holidays, preparing myself for both my club and for Nationals assignment, I am also looking forward to our next two qualifying encounters first against Niger in March weekend 25-27/03/1.

We’ll be playing away from home yet still we expected to win and we want to win,” he told Sierra Express Media.

“Our home game in June taking on the same Niger weekend 03-06/06/11 in Freetown will be a great encounter we need victory on both matches if we have any chance to progress as qualifiers, It won’t be easy because they defeat Egypt at home in their last match and that tells you they are coming back to hurt us, but we are prepared”, he said.

The 24-year old who recently penned down his two year extension in Sweden, back with a wider experience as he was part of the Åtvidabergs team that represents Sweden in UEFA club competition, and was also part of the Sierra Leone team that faced the African Champions Egypt in Cairo and playing 0-0 in Freetown when Sierra Leone host South Africa.
