Voting for BBC award begins
Two top players from Ivory Coast Chelsea hitman Didier Drogba and Manchester City midfielder Yaya Toure and Ghanaian pair Asamoah Gyan and Andre ‘Dede’ Ayew, are among the five players across Africa that have been put forward for the BBC African Footballer of the Year award.
Cameroonian Samuel Eto’o, is the only person from Cameroon, the former Barcelona striker is a top target for this year BBC award.
The winner will be decided by African football fans, which have until 10 December to vote for their choice.
Voting for the award will take place via text and online.
The winner will be announced a week later on 17 December

BBC award is a joke because Etoo has never won it.He should have won it like 3 times. He still deserve it though. Ghanians and Gyan chances are funny like is chances. Best player to bleach would be what he deserve to win.He could rubbed all the cream in the whole but still uggly because it is a known fact that Ghanians are uggly.
