Homo School Teacher in Court Today

A primary school teacher of the St. Anthony Primary School will today make his first appearance at the Freetown Magistrate court, on a single count charge of buggery of a twelve year old boy.

Daniel Spingia Martin, a teacher of the forenamed primary school, was caught on sight sexually abusing a school going boy in one of the school’s classrooms.

Police sources say the accused abused the boy through his anus.

It was revealed that the victim, who now suffers stomach ache, had earlier told his parent how teacher Daniel Spingia Martin, sometime last year, instructed all five of them to wait for him after school.

That all five of them acquiesced to the instruction of their school teacher, waited for him as told. The teacher, he said, took all five of them into a class room where he had sex with all of them.

The boy, we are told, on his returned home, informed his parent of what was done to him by his teacher and complained stomach pain.

The parents, doubtful of their child’s complaint, did not bother to make any follow up.

The child’s father was made to accept as true, after a colleague school pupil disclosed, he was being abused by the same teacher.

It was upon corroborative confirmation that the father straight away dashed to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) and made formal complaint on behalf of his child against teacher Daniel Spingia.

Police source say the investigation was complete and matter would be filed to court today for hearing.

It is revealed that the school teacher is charged with a single count offence of buggery.

Such offence, as disclosed to this press, carries punishment not less than 14 years imprisonment.
