CEO Refused Bail – Imprisoned!
The well of Court II Monday 22 was choked with disappointed customers of the Wealth Builders Network who’s Chief Executive Officer, Peter Ayinla, is standing trial on two counts – conspiracy to defraud and operating a business without licence.
Peter Ayinla, on three occasions has been refused bail and was held in detention at the Central Prison at Pademba Road, Freetown.
The accused, in his third appearance was refused bail on grounds of allegation that he received money to the tune of Le21 billion from persons registering as members to a micro finance organization he purportedly operates.
Though hearings are yet to commence, the accused on three occasions has been denied bail. Matter is adjourned to Wednesday 29th.
