To update your Wall: Type; followed by space and your message/update then post to 800 Eg: W posting message and so on. Nancy further explains that each SMS to 800 will cost 10 units; a daily charge of 3 units will be deducted from your units; and perhaps subscribers can receive up to 50 SMS per day.
