Lawyer Ady Macauley  who represented the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr. Samura Kamara who was also the flagbearer for the main opposition, All Peoples Congress (APC) hammered Sahr Jusu during cross examination at the Commissions of Inquiry [COI].

Lawyer Macauley submitted that Sahr Jusu thought the COI is like the Government Transition Team [GTT] report where one could tell lies about people without the right of reply or response from them.

The lawyer for persons of interest said the COI has established that Government never owned or sold 30 percent shares in Sierra Rutile as alleged by Sahr Jusu.

When confronted during cross examination, the incoherent Sahr Jusu admitted that there are no documentary evidence to prove his allegation. When challenged on how he came about that information, he said he heard it on radio [shame].

Sahr Jusu also admitted that there is no document at either Accountant General or Bank of Sierra Leone [BSL] to substantiate the existence of ghost thirty percent shares.

The witness from the National Asset, Mr. Lawson also admitted that he had never seen any evidence of the claim that the Government of Sierra Leone owes thirty percent shares in Sierra Leone adding that the information was gathered from the public and has nothing to prove the allegation.

Sahr Jusu also accepted responsibility for failure at the Ministry of Finance during the twenty three years he had served the institution.

The existence of the phantom thirty percent Government shares at Sierra Rutile is a white elephant. This was just a ploy to destroy the good name of for President Ernest Bai Koroma [EBK], Dr. Samura Mathew Wilson Kamara and John Bono Sesay.
