38 Year Man Rapes 15 Year old Girl
At the Freetown court sitting yesterday, a 38 year old man was arraigned at the Freetown High Court No 1 yesterday for the rape of a 15 year old girl.
Justice Ademusu presided over the matter.
The accused was alleged to have raped the girl in an unfinished house at Moyiba, Freetown on Wednesday 26th August 2009.
He was granted bail in the sum of 5 million Leones with one surety and bail to be approved by the Master and Registrar.
The matter was adjoined to 28th May 2010. Â
