UBA Mobile App Offers Reliable Financial Services Solution
Managing Director of the United Bank for Africa (UBA), Chinedu Obeta has informed Journalists that the UBA Mobile App offers convenient and reliable financial services solutions to teeming customers across Sierra Leone.
This was brought to the attention of the public at a press conference held recently in Freetown to mark the official launch of their new flagship digital product, the UBA Mobile App.
The MD stated that in line with UBA Group’s vision “to be the undisputed, leading and dominant financial institution in Africa” adding that with UBA Sierra Leone’s strategic intent which is to claim “make dominance” in 2018.
He said it becomes absolute necessity that we further provide more innovative and flagship digital products like their mobile app and mentioned that the UBA Mobile App is to further strengthen their position as a technology and service driven commercial bank.
He emphasized that they poised to leverage on this robust digital banking channels to drive financial inclusion especially for the unbanked in the urban and rural parts of Sierra Leone in few years from now.
The MD maintained that the UBA Mobile App offers enormous benefits to the consumer such as the following, instant self-refrigeration (Debit Card, Prepaid Card or account plus secure pass), Biometric (Finger Printing and Facial), Transfer Money (UBA), View Statement, downloading and share receipt, banking services and ATM/Branch Location.
He stated that the UBA Mobile App is a convenient, reliable, fast, secure and affordable way to access your UBA bank account 24/7, shop on line etc. He emphasized that the Mobile App works on all types of mobile phones.
He discussed that the launch of this innovative product demonstrates our culture of excellent customer service, thereby strengthening the emotional bond with our existing customers while reinforcing the UBA brand as your one-stop shop for all your financial service transactions.
He further explained that their Internet Banking/Business Direct is accessible on any internet enable device while our Mobile App is available for download on Google Play Store and Apple Store.
He concluded by assuring all that UBA remains the Pan-African financial services institution that provides peerless seamless financial services solutions
