Timber Association Endorses Patrick Koroma

The Chairman for Timber Association Sierra Leone, Abass Janneh has over the weekend described the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) for China Friendship Salone, Patrick Koroma as the Hero of youths in Sierra Leone.

Chairman Abass Janneh was addressing members of the media with crosssection of executive members of the association at their Rogbangba Depo in constituency 092, Hastings community.

Chairman Janneh noted that the general membership of Timber Association has endorsed C.E.O Patrick Koroma following the issuance of license for the export of timber by Government.

He noted that His Excellency President Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma has made a very wise decision to give license for the exportation of timber. “CEO Patrick Koroma is one of the latest brilliant decisions to give opportunity to those who deserved it”, said Janneh.

Janneh noted that the general membership of the association endorsed Patrick Koroma as the youth Ambassador that has the country at heart.

He said the current activities involving timber trade in our beloved country has created Job opportunity for thousands of unemployed youths nationwide confirmed that as a responsible association together with their Youth Ambassador has delivered their package of gesture to the office of the vice president, Dr.Victor Bockarie Foe.

On behalf of its general membership across the country, Chairman Janneh expresses sympathy to victims and survivors of the mudslide and flood which killed precious lives of our people.

The chairman and the entire membership of the Timber Association are therefore calling on all donor partners and fellow citizens to demonstrate their love and loyalties to those that succumbed to the natural disaster.
