12 Year Old Murderer in Police Net
A twelve year old boy (name withheld) was yesterday brought before Magistrate Sinneh Kamara of Court No 1 on a count of murder contrary to law.
The court was informed that, the accused on Sunday 23rd April 2017 at Tree Planting Leicester Freetown Sierra Leone murdered Finda Joe.
The accused was unrepresented whilst Sgt. Marie Sesay is prosecuting the matter.
The accused was denied bail and the matter was adjourned to 11th May 2017 for hearing.
Up to press time, the accused is still behind bars.
