Two Health Workers Charged with Larceny
Samuel Kamara and Mohamed Sankoh attached to the Transport Department at the Ministry of Health and Sanitation, on Friday 7th May, 2010 made their first appearance in court before Magistrate Steven Conteh on two count charges of conspiracy to conform to law and larceny.
According to the charge sheet, the incident took place on the 26th of April at Youyi Building in Freetown where the accused stole a Toyota Hilux valued at $45,000 US.
The accused were represented by Lawyer AR Bayoh who made application for bail on behalf of his clients, however, they were denied bail and the matter was adjourned. Â Â Â
