The hardworking woman of substance on Tuesday 5th January 2016 made a donation of school items to orphans at the All As One orphanage home at Goodrich in Freetown.

She considers this gesture as a way of putting smile on the faces of orphans in the country. Among the items donated were school bags, books and mathematical sets.

While making the donation to the orphan children she expresses her delight in showing love to the children by donating the little she can afford, adding that every little donation count. “I have two kids who are well cared for and loved,” she said, and added that “it is incumbent on me to demonstrate such love to those who are not privilege to it”. She expressed her happiness for a wonderful moment in life, which she said is what she is replicating on the faces of people especially children.

Madam Samura noted that orphan children should be cared for and loved because they need care and support at all times.

She therefore called on other well-meaning Sierra Leoneans to see the plights of orphans as their responsibility.

Francess Samura however encouraged the children to take their school work seriously so that they will grow to become meaningful citizens in the country. She promised to do more of such donations, and noted that this is just a start of a long lasting relationship between herself and All As One Orphanage home.

She mentioned that the bags were donated by Santander Bank while the books, mathematical sets and other items were purchase from her personal funds.
