CORRUPTOCRACY: Government of the corrupt, for the corrupt and by the corrupt.

Based on the behavior of his fellow citizens, Professor Parrot has developed and propounded a new political concept called CORRUPTOCRACY which can be simply defined as government of the corrupt, for the corrupt and by the corrupt.

This latest political system allows public officials to ill-procure national assets and obtain illegal loans with boastful impunity. This is a system of government wherein everything that is normal is abnormal and vice versa. Under CORRUPTOCRACY, no public official should disclose to parliament the unit cost of any national asset he or she ill-procures even if parliament breaks the sky.

This is a political system that legalizes bribes and kickbacks; it allows improper award of big government contracts to wives, sisters, brothers and other family members. The system has no problem with any bold and gluttonous public official who embezzles or misappropriates public funds as long as that public servant is skillful enough to avoid being caught and is ready to share the loot with his superiors. Such a public servant, according to the fundamental principles of CORRUPTOCRACY, must be immediately promoted for doing a marvelous job.

In this newest political system, no driver has the mandate to take passengers to their right destinations for which they pay. All drivers must stop halfway in line with the basic tenets of CORRUPTOCRACY. This system calls for the appointment of even an imbecile to any top office as long as that moron is loyal to the system; he will have people to do his work. It is a system that allows an elected Vice-President and an appointed one.

CORRUPTOCRACY mandates every school head to extra-charge parents as and when he or she likes. Teachers and lecturers are free to market grades even for sexual purposes, no problem. This is a system that gives permit to traders to transform main streets into permanent markets. Any police man who fails to demand bribe from drivers or OKADA riders will be instantly dismissed for gross violation of the fundamental principles of CORRUPTOCRACY.

This system is a jungle political system where only the fittest will survive; it is a system full of maggots that cannot live without filth. This system does not tolerate any incorruptible person; it is meant purely for the corrupt. If you know you are not corrupt, then avoid this system, please!
