That Kleptomaniac Paramount Thief

Have you ever seen a Paramount Chief who steals cows? If no, then come to Sierra Leone, he is right here in Kukuna. He is a voracious carnivore who can eat three giant cows in a split second. All the cows in Kukuna are afraid of this violent Paramount Thief who has metamorphosed into a celebrated and seasoned kleptomaniac.

But he is not only light-fingered but also very belligerent; he has very loyal thugs who are experts in burning houses of those who dare to ask their master about eaten cows.

When a paramount chief becomes a paramount thief of cows, then the noble becomes the ignoble, the lawmaker becomes the lawbreaker, the ruler becomes the killer and protector becomes the destroyer. Such a Kleptomaniac Paramount Thief deserves instant dethronement as he is the black sheep and the black cow of the family of Paramount Chiefs. He has dragged to the gutter the noble institution of Paramount Chieftaincy.

But Alie Kossay is not the only Paramount Chief that has behaved ignominiously; there is another one called Thomas Koroma of Sittia Chiefdom, Bonthe District, who was mercilessly beaten for girlfriend in Mattru Jong. He travelled all the way from his chiefdom to Mattru to mess around with the girl friend of small boy. The boy caught them red-handed and gave him a sound beating that he will never forget throughout the rest of sex life.

Via their despicable activities, some of our Paramount Chiefs have become an embarrassment to not only their chiefdoms but also the entire nation, a situation which has become a cause for the concern of the wise Professor Parrot who now recommends the following penalties for kleptomaniacs and sex-maniacs masquerading as Paramount Chiefs:

Any Paramount Thief who steals three cows must be given three dozen lashes publicly and must eat all of those cows.

Any paramount Chief who is unfortunate to be mercilessly beaten by a small must be publicly beaten with a big cane and be compelled to marry that girlfriend to cleanse him from fornication and adultery.

Any Paramount Chief who does not contribute meaningfully must lose his staff immediately and publicly flogged by Ebola.
