Rampant Child Sex Abuse

Sierra Leone is now having a large number of apparent sex-maniacs who would stop at nothing to satisfy their sex orgies. The evident proliferation of these sex-maniacs is responsible for the rampant cases of the sexual abuse of infants.

There is a very recent case in Waterloo involving a man dragged to court for allegedly having sexual penetration with a six years old child. Another recent case was at Ogoo Lane, Brookfields in Freetown where a man that is very notorious for sexually abusing children had the the guts to sexually penetrate a four-year-old child. He was consequently refused bail in the Magistrate court and remanded.

The presiding Magistrate, Albert Moody, made it clear that he refused the bail on the grounds that such cases involving the sexual abuse of children have become very rampant.

One of the nastiest sex cases ever reported was the one in Bo where a son had sex with and impregnated his biological mother who consequently died of the shame. The story was that the son was dosing his mother with intoxicants while serving her tea and when the mother became unconscious, he would sneak quietly into her room a have sex with her. One fateful day, his mother caught him on the height and dragged him to the police and he was consequently jailed.

Such incredible and shocking sex stories make me wonder whether some of our fellow citizens have gone sexually mad or whether we have degenerated to the level of the biblical Sodom and Gomorrah.

It is no secret that our courts are overloaded with cases of sex offences the mentioning of some of which is enough to scare the worst devil. Many of the daring perpetrators of horrendous sex offences are languishing behind bars serving long term jail sentences but the ugly situation continues unabated. Have we gone sexually mad?
