Nabil….. Confident of Simbo Stay

Al Hilal FC Tunisian tactician Nasreddine Nabil has no doubt that David Simbo will still remain an Al Hilal FC player next season despite interest from Clubs in Egypt, South Africa, Russia, and Libya.

The 25year old Sierra Leonean Center Back who is currently in Russia on trials with Spartak Moscow has only a month left on his current contract and has still not open to a new deal yet as Al Hilal Fc club chairman Alhaji Atta has table a new deal for the Leone Stars defender but has refused to put pen to paper since January this year.

Satellite Sports understands that Russian Premier Clubs Spartak Moscow and Kuban Krasnodar are leading the race to Sign the Sierra Leone defender away from the Sudanese Capital Khartoum this summer despite other clubs within the Gulf region has also shown interest according to the player Swiss agent Wissem Charmiti as they are hoping to boost their defense for the forthcoming Russian Premier League.

Nabil who looks confident of retaining the service of the 25years old, said Simbo is a very intelligent player with vast skills in the game I don’t believe he would like to leave the club now for another destination as he is happy here with the rest of the squad, Adding that they will do all what they can do to keep him and make him happy at the club.

Since I join the club early this year Simbo has been an important player for me in the squad he has played in many positions for me so we cannot opt to miss his service.

Speaking to this medium Simbo did confirmed that he will be leaving for Russia to see a friend and not going to sign a contract I am aware that a club in Russia has shown interest in me and I know they have not yet made it official to our club chairman.

However David Simbo will missed Leone Stars opener to Sudan due to him picking up two yellow cards in the last qualifiers.
