Sierra Leone Bike Riders Union issues fake tickets!

The New England Bike Riders Association June 2, 2014 stormed Sierra Express Media house and complained bitterly against the Executive of the Sierra Leone Bike Riders Union (SLBRU) for fraud.

According to the New England Chairman, the National Union has printed fake tickets which they are presently selling to various members to achieve their personal gains leaving other members languishing in poverty.

In an exclusive interview with the New England Bike Riders Association boss, Mr. Harding Sesay, he expressed dissatisfaction and stated that the selling of the fake tickets has been a usual habit among executives of the union. He argued that they have complained several times to the President of the Union but their efforts have been in vain.

Sesay further said that he was informed about the criminal act by certain members of the union and that he was doing his best to address the issues in consultation with the necessary authorities in the group.

The Chairman further disclosed that one David Sesay who is suspected of this devious act, did not only facilitate the selling of the fake tickets to other union members but that he had also embezzled money put aside for the general good of the union meant for crucial interventions.

He outlined that David Sesay purportedly announced his intention to start paying salaries to all Chairpersons in strategic points within the Freetown municipality and that the promises made have not been achieved. Adding, that David Sesay is a disappointment among members in the drivers’ union.

It was also alleged that most of the members of the union don’t recognize Mr. Sesay, adding that he has been popular among members of the group for his dubious manipulations.

The Chairman appealed to the executive members of the union to provide them with qualified Lawyers who will represent them in court.
