Kamboi Eagles wonder boy sails team to FA Cup final

Edmond Michael Foundation from Bo shocked fans of Kamboi Eagles FC when they took the lead but Alie Basma equalised in the dying minute. The striker saved the Eagles from an embarrassing defeat sending the match to post penalties which the host, Kamboi Eagles won 5-4.
“I’m delighted to have saved my club at the time they needed me most”, Basma said.
The 16-year old wonder boy who is labeled EE Lions in the grand finale at the Bo stadium this month.
EE Lions and Kamboi Eagles have both won the FA Cup twice and Kamboi Eagles won the maiden trophy in 1962, and also won in 1985.
Head coach, Abedi Pele hailed Alie Basma as the hottest youngster currently playing the FA Cup and said, “I’m optimistic that with his talent, the team can rely on him to lift the trophy for the third time.”
The two footed winger praised his parents for giving him the opportunity to play football, adding “my dream is to play for the U-17 national team in the near future.”
