REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION AND CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION FOR SALWACO ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING AND INFORMATION CENTER
The Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO) through the Ministry of Water Resources has received financing from the Government of Sierra Leone (GoSL) towards the cost of proving Water Supply Service to the Regions. The Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO) intends to award contract for Individual Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision and Contract Administration.
The Ministry of Water Resources, represented by the Sierra Leone Water Company (SALWACO), invites qualified and eligible Services Providers to indicate their interest in providing the above mentioned services (submissions should include: brochures, legal status, description of previous similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate technical skills among staff and audited financial statements for the previous three years).
Eligibility criteria, establishment of short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the National Public Procurement Authority (NPPA) “Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants” 2004 Procurement Act and the 2006 Regulations, which is available on their website at www.publicmoney.sl

Written Expression of Interest (hard copy) must be delivered to the address below by the 1st April 2014 at 17:00 hours and labelled ‘’Individual Consultancy Services for Construction Supervision and Contract Administration’’.
