Queen Love’s speech for conference on rape and domestic violence
I want to start by saying thank you to everybody for being here and ask everybody to stand up and hug somebody and tell them you love them. And before I go into my theme which is; “YOU AND I ARE NOT THE ENEMIES;” I want to let everybody know that I am a survivor of rape and domestic violence and these devastating issues are family issues! We are here today to discuss family issues because regardless of our respective nationalities, religions, gender, tribes, intellectual status and unique differences; you and I, the white, the black, the mixed, the Asian and every other human being on earth are one race, one people and one big, beautiful family. The message that I brought to you today on these very devastating issues of rape and domestic violence is a message of unconditional love for one another in our family!
Now as a member of our big family, I have a couple of questions that I want to ask everybody here today, and here I go! Why would any family member rape, kill or verbally, emotionally, mentally, physically, financially and psychologically abuse another family member? Why do family members use discriminative, hateful, prejudice and racist remarks and actions against each other? Why do we have walls, fences, barriers and huge gates around our houses? Why do we need visas, traveling documents and borders and immigration inspections at all the airports in every country? Why are we so over protective, suspicious and afraid of each other? Why do some of our family members worship money and earthly treasures and look down on their brothers and sisters who aren’t worldly rich?
Why are some of our family members addicted to money, food, sex, earthly treasures, gambling, alcohol and drugs? Why are some of our family members who are politicians so corrupt and are taking advantage and abusing their brothers and sisters they were appointed to serve? Why do family members wage war against each other and hurt each other every day? Why are family members selfish, greedy, jealous and envious of each other? Please brothers and sisters, let us try to answer these very important questions today because innocent children, women and even men are being killed every day and it is in fact getting worse! The irony here is, at any time one family member is abused and wounded, all of us hurt deep down because spiritually we are all connected!
We need to know that we are not just human beings, we are spiritual beings and the life in every human being is God’s precious breath of life which is spiritual and priceless! And because we are spiritual beings; rape, domestic violence and every other abusive issue is a spiritual violence that can never be resolved in the natural! The man and the woman were created whole and “ONE” human being made in the image of Almighty God. The man and the woman were made to glorify God on earth. Almighty God made man and took the woman out of the man and blessed them to be fruitful, to multiply, to fill the earth and replenish it!
The man and the woman who were created ONE were separated only to complement each other, love each other, take very good care of each other and be there for each other but never to hurt each other. The woman is the better half of the man and the man is the better half of the woman. Therefore, they are not enemies, were never made to be enemies and never made to compete and hurt each other.
The life of every human being is sacred, precious and priceless because it came straight from Almighty God. And no amount of money and earthly treasures can compare to a single human being how much more the whole human race! Now something went terribly wrong in the spiritual that messed up our first parents and their entire generations. Sin is what corrupted humanity and the whole world! Sin violated, raped, wounded and corrupted the human soul spiritually and deprived it from God’s high standard of love which is supernatural and unconditional-the only kind of love that is good enough to satisfy, sustain and maintain the human soul to function and operate in a sane manner and capacity. God is LOVE. And the human being created in the image of God was created to love and be loved unconditionally or else he or she is running around empty, hungry and hurting.
We all know the saying that a hungry man is an angry man. And this is very true especially in the spiritual. And as long as the soul doesn’t get the pure unconditional love that is good enough for the soul, that soul is empty and hungry and hurting as well! Every human being that is hungry is angry and every human being that is hurting will hurt someone else! This kind of hunger deep in the soul gets deeper and hurts more with manifestations of insanity!
A DEEP HUNGER in our souls for nothing else but God’s pure Love is the answer to all the insanity in the world that are causing family members to rape, hate, kill and wage war on each other! As spiritual beings, we have spiritual needs and our greatest need is not money and not at all earthly riches because the more we accumulate these things the more we need them and we eventually become addicted to them since they don’t and can never satisfy our spiritual needs. Only God can with His kind of Love!
So I want to encourage everybody to forgive every member of your family that has hurt you one way or another and open your heart everyday to God and ask Him to fill it up with His kind of Love to enable you to love genuinely and not superficially!
Your family members are not your enemies but the same members of the body you belong to. Love, was never meant to be conditional so don’t get married to anybody because of money but because you love that individual unconditionally. And you love them unconditionally because they are made in God’s image, which makes them the most precious treasure on earth.
Unconditional love is the unbreakable and unshakable foundation and manifestations of genuine peace, genuine joy, genuine patience, genuine faith, genuine goodness, genuine humility, genuine kindness and genuine self-control which enables and empowers every family member to live a sane, sober, sound, positive and powerful life on earth. Let us love one another and be each others keeper to make our world a healthier and a better place to live in!
