Proprietor speaks on the development of his school

The proprietor of one of the leading private schools in Kenema, known as the Eastern Private School Kenema, has told this reporter that his school recorded 100% passes in this year’s BECE exams. Patrick J. Sallu said 31 candidates were sent for the examination and all 31 candidates passed to the senior school.

Giving a breakdown of the result, Patrick J Sellu said that 20 pupils passed all eight subjects, eight pupils passed with seven subjects and three pupils passed with six subjects. Adding that the best result for this year BECE is aggregate 16 in which a boy Sahr Musa and a girl Zainab Mohamed recorded.

P J Sellu boastfully added that the making of good results in his school is not magic or a surprise but it came as a result of the hard work and dedication of the teachers he has in his school and he called on the parents to always send their children to the Eastern Private School as it is a school to reckon with and always open to the general public.

Meanwhile, Eastern Private School has begun admission for Senior Secondary School 1 (SSS1) and normal classes are expected to commerce on Thursday 14th November 2013.

Patrick J Sellu reiterated that the school is set to become the first school in Kenema to have a story building for administrative works. According to the proprietor of the school, the first floor of the construction will be completed before the end of the first term while the entire structure will finish by the second term.
