Notorious Fourah Bay clique attacks

The Ross Road Police Division has instituted a robust search and arrested dozens of notorious blood thirsty youths referring to themselves as cliques in the Fourah Bay community in the east of Freetown.

According to the Ops, Assistant Superintendent Saidu Sesay, his team acted upon a distress call from concerned citizens within the Dan Street market area who reported that a group of irate youths had gone on the rampage purporting to be in search of one Tanimolah and his group who has earlier inflicted injury on a friend of theirs.

While the police were trying to yield to the request, another group emerged from Hagal Street demanding that it is the previous group of youth that are pretentiously in search of Tanimolah that are actually the problem shooters.

This resulted into an ensuing violent confrontation between both parties in the presence of the police patrol team. Some of these riotous youths were reportedly arrested with pieces of lethal instruments and detained at the Ross Road Police station for further investigations.

While the police continued their investigations and searched for their hoods, another faction of these recalcitrant groups of cliques, resurfaced at  Fourah Bay purporting to be in continuation of their desperate search for Tanimolah who they intended to stage an avenge for stabbing one of there friends to death.

These assailing wayward youths submerged at the sign of the police presence and  threatened to set the Ross Road Police Station ablaze and stage a physical attack on any police officer that they could set an eye on.

These renewed clashes between youth groups, especially in the cities, are becoming insipid and that authorities must prioritize a final halt to it otherwise our nation will be plunged into carnage.
