The Bingo Man who is rated as one of the country’s top ‘A’ list musicians would be exploring the film industry following successes recorded on the music industry.

K-Man who was speaking to SaloneJamboree in an exclusive interview backstage at the Shangrila VIP concert of Nasser Ayoub said his latest music single; ‘Popolipo’ has inspired him to do the film. The Fine Boy said ‘Popolipo’ is getting great reviews since it was released few days ago.

Explaining the concept of ‘Popolipo’ to SaloneJamboree, the former Paradise records group member said the song explicates how far a man is willing to sacrifice for his partner and in return he is not appreciated.

K-Man said it is a story most people can relate to, and he added that he has been getting feedbacks for ‘Popolipo’ from people all over Sierra Leone and beyond.

He said they are wrapping up works on the music video which will be followed by the film.

‘Popolipo’ will star K-Man as the main character with a huge list of other Sierra Leonean casts. He said the film will be shot entirely in Sierra Leone.  K-Man said Zainab Sheriff of Big Brother performed remarkably well during the shooting of ‘Popolipo’ music video which is expected to be out soon.

On a separate note, K-Man said he is aware that he has been off the spotlight for quite a while now.  He said his absence was deliberate, because he wanted to spend more time developing his work.  He said he is scheduled to make a huge comeback in music and promised to make up for his diaspora fans with planned concerts.

The Bingo Man who was rumored to be planning a wedding several months’ back kept a sealed lip on the issue.  He also did not say a word about his reported mansion at Hill Station which promised to officially be opened months back.
