LICCSAL Matriculates More
One of the leading tertiary institutions in Freetown, LICCSAL Business College situated at Wilberforce, has matriculated more students to pursue various courses for the award of certificates and Higher National Diplomas and degrees accredited by the University of Sierra Leone.
Speaking at the matriculation ceremony recently, principal of the college, Memunatu Warne, noted that the college has made remarkable progress in various fields of teaching and learning, pointing out that information and communication facilities have been put at the disposal of the students to give them access to the internet for research purposes. She advised the students to maintain a healthy relationship with the college authorities so that they can get the best from them, further advising them to study hard to acquire the necessary skills that will make their employers proud of them.
Guest speaker, Zylette Domingo, who is the Deputy Registrar of IPAM, urged students to be law abiding if they want to go through the college successfully. “As fresher men and women you have solemnly sworn to obey the rules and regulations of the institution, obey and respect authorities and be totally committed to your academic work as you go through the lecture halls in search of your degrees and diplomas,” she counseled them. Madam Domingo encouraged the students to form an alumni association after completing their courses in order to boost the college.
