Parrot in Prison – Parrot has visited one of the prisons in this country and has discovered that prisoners are living better than prison officers. This sounds absurd but it is just the plain truth; it is a paradox that keeps Parrot utterly bamboozled.

At least prisoners can afford two meals per day but most prison guards cannot due to their notoriously deplorable salaries which do not allow them to eat twice a day unless they harass the meager ration of the poor prisoners. Even under the worst circumstance, every prisoner has accommodation but many prison officers cannot afford decent accommodation, so, many have resorted to squatting in slums or catching with friends.  Prisoners have free medicare unlike the warders.

Therefore, if there are two vacancies, one for a prisoner and the other for a prison guard, Parrot will apply for the latter simply because in our country, being a prisoner is a better occupation than being a prison officer.  Little wonder the prisons are overcrowded.

Less Tractors, More Food – Professor Parrot is the only agricultural expert that has the formula to solve the persistent food insecurity from which this republic keeps suffering.

Now that the hundreds of tractors imported into this nation have only succeeded in reducing food supplies, the great Professor is hereby recommending an inversion of the food security formula.
