DTO Central in Bribery Scam

As bribery and corruption thrive recklessly in our society, DTO of Central Police Station, Inspector Kabba is alleged to have been caught in the web.

Reports gathered by this medium reveal that the said DTO is a typical kin of those accused in high office of daylight bribery. Allegations point that on the 11th January, 2013 the DTO arrested Okada AGW-432 belonging to rider Sheik Abubakarr Kamara, of Yams Farm, Hasting Community.

The suspect revealed to this press that the related offense charged him seemed cooked-up as his bike documentation was in order and authentic.

Kamara noted the bike was confiscated at Circular Road, Model Junction. Despite showing all documentation of the said bike, the DTO refused to release the bike to the owner. Instead DTO Kabba asked Kamara to pay the sum of Le 50,000 if his bike was to be released, saying it is standard police procedure for confiscated Okada’s.

Sheik Kamara furthered revealed to this medium he had little hope of its release, only to yield to the demands of the DTO as his property is his daily source of income.
