Sierra Leone’s Kabala Secondary School on the Brink of Collapse
The state of the Kabala Secondary School in the north of Sierra Leone is appalling and much needs to be done if quality education is to be achieved in that part of the country.
KSS as the school is nicknamed has turned in hundreds of illustrious Sierra Leoneans that are hailed from the north who are serving in key positions both in the private and public sectors. The school is still active in its stride to enhance quality secondary education though in its seemingly dilapidated state.
Kabala Secondary School is in dire need of qualified teachers, a library, and a science laboratory, to meet the required status of a secondary school.
The school authorities are therefore entreating well meaning organizations, individuals and alumni to assist them in whatever meaningful way so as to foster quality education for pupils of the school.
