Children in Crisis Deserve Help
The Children in Crisis Community Primary School at the upper Kola tree, Allen Town community is one of the most deprived and less privileged community schools on the outskirts of the capital Freetown.
In an interview with this press, proprietor and founder Madam Isatu Sento Kamara noted that she started this vision several years ago and the school is currently hosting over 200 children that are mostly orphans that do not pay school fees and that plans are underway to establish an orphanage for deprived and under privileged children.
Madam Isatu Sento Kamara disclosed that the past Government provided enough land space up to 10 areas in the Upper kola Tree community but there are no funds to construct the orphanage.
However, the proprietor and founder commended the media for regular coverage of the school’s activities which has captured the attention of a filming organization in the USA who picked them up on the internet and have provided them with a structure that is currently hosting the children.
She noted that the Copper Port Picture Filming Industry in the USA has done their best and she is therefore imploring the Government and other benevolent organizations to come to their rescue and she commended her team of dedicated staff members who have been very proactive and co-operative.
