As Citizen Radio Manager becomes Victim of Fangay SLITHU President Condemns Act
Station Manager of Citizen 103.7 FM Radio Kissy came under a terrific witchcraft ‘Fangay’ attack living various parts of his body disfigured to a point that he could hardly be recognized. President of the Sierra Leone Indigenous Traditional Healers Union (SLITHU), Dr. Sulaiman Kabba, who is currently administering treatment to Abdul Razak Kargbo has condemned the unholy act as it is geared towards destroying the lives of well meaning Sierra Leoneans and therefore cautioned all those in the habit of inflicting these life threatening instruments and concoction to desist as it is not good for a peaceful coexistence among the citizenry.
He disclosed that he has already spent over Le400,000 of his personal finances in the treatment of the station manager.
He commended the president Dr. Ernest Bai Koroma for recognizing their unflinching as a Traditional Healers Union and entreated medical doctors to work hand in gloves with the union to eradicate untimely and ‘fangay’ death threats.
Citizen Radio’s Abdul Razak Kargbo revealed that the incident happened quite recently but could not tell the actual account. He commended the presidency and the entire membership of SLITHU for their timely intervention to save his life and appealed to the perpetuators to let go of his dear life.
Abdul Razak Kargbo is said to be responding to treatment from the SLITHU President Dr. Sulaiman Kabba at his residence at Calaba Town.
