“We Will Vote in APC…” AML Transport Owner Vows

Comparing the turn-out of both the APC and SLPP supporters on the occasion of the NEC nomination exercises which were held in Freetown last week, Africa Minerals Limited transport owner, Aruna M.S. Conteh alias Ambush Commander has in a radio talk show pronounced that almost all those that came out for the APC were potential voters with voters cards waiting to cast their votes for the ruling party on polling day come November 17.

Ambush Commander made this pronouncement while reacting on the assertion of the opposition party that a large number of those that put on party colors openly dancing for the ruling APC were without voter IDs to partake in the polls. As a driver Ambush Commander openly defended the ruling party saying that Dr. Ernest Bai-Koroma will be in for another term because of what he described as immense cut-across developments in the country. He compared the recent SLPP nomination crowd under Maada Bio as not comparable to the huge crowd former Vice President Solomon Berewa pulled for the SLPP in the previous presidential election. He underscored that the SLPP flag bearer, Julius Maada Bio will be an easy walk over for Dr. Ernest Bai-Koroma whom he said has restored dignity to the country at national and international levels. According to him, President Koroma has a clean report card that can make him be promoted to another term in State House at the November polls.

However, Ambush Commander does not intend to leave the driving seat but as staunch APC supporter has gone extra miles paying for air time on the electronic media to promote the ruling party get another term in office into power come this year’s much awaited elections.
