Crab Tong FC wins Hon. Dauda Tombo Bangura Trophy

Crab Tong Community football club on Sunday 7^th October 2012 beat Black Tank FC $-2 on Post match Penalties after a 0-0 90 minute fascinating match to lift the Hon. Dauda Tombo Bangura trophy at the MAFA playing field, Lumley.

The grand final commenced with a march from Malama to MAFA playing field and the kick-off was done by the sponsor, Hon. Dauda Tombo Bangura, fund raising Ambassador for the ruling All People Congress (APC) Party 2012 election.

The jam packed field enjoyed both team’s performance with beautiful passes, ball possession, shooting, good defending and above all good discipline throughout the 1^st half.

The 2^nd half resumed and both defenses were water tight and the centre referee was brilliant throughout the 90 minute of play.

There was massive celebrations when Crab Tong won the Post match Penalties 4-2.

Dignitaries present at the grand final were the sponsor,  APC  Parliamentary candidate for Constituency 112 Aruani, National Leader Friends of President Ernest Bai Koroma, Sahr Mokuwa, APC Councilor Ward 393 Percy A.J. Nicholson, FIFA License Agent Aziz Turay, and many that graced the colorful grand final.
