Creating Employment and non-violence in Bo

One of the five aspirants for the mayorship in Bo city, southern Sierra Leone, Harold Tucker, has told this press that his five year strategic plan for Bo city includes job creation and reducing unemployment; which according to him is the course of violence especially among the youths.

Explaining his plans, Tucker who is running for SLPP symbol, disclosed that his proposed plastic waste management project will promote employment by 6% in Bo city.

He added that when he becomes the next mayor of Bo, he will attract donor funding for the beautification of the second city noting that he will not ignore twinning Bo city with developed cities of the world.

“I am not primarily seeking for a job but I want to extend goodies to Bo,”  Mr. Tucker boasted.

Harold Tucker is a development consultant; he underscored that if given the symbol and voted for, he will ensure consolidation adding value, sustainability, and employment, in order to put Bo City in the spotlight in terms of development.  He further disclosed that his loyalty to SLPP remains the same, even if he does not succeed to have the party symbol for the Bo city council.
