Presidents Koroma & Condé are Honest Leaders…Says Sierra Leone Information Minster

Speaking to the press on the issue, Alhaji I.B. Kargbo confirmed that the Guinean troops have with drawn from Yenga, Eastern District of Kailahun Sierra Leone. He added that both nations have shown genuine intention to resolve the matter to end peacefully.
The Information Minister continued to say that his government considers the liberation of Yenga as one of the top-most priorities on the agenda of President Ernest Koroma.
Kargbo noted that the first line of action by the communiqué demilitarizing Yenga, signed by both governments has commenced, and his government will mobilize resources to develop the people of Yenga.
The Minister said further his government extends thanks to President Condé for his tremendous resilience in putting this issue to history between the two sister nations.
Meanwhile it is revealed that Guinean Soldiers have completed over 80% of withdrawal of troops and equipments to their side of the border.
Other Sources from the Sierra Leone Police Force (SLP) revealed that very soon small units of police officers will soon be deployed ot Yenga.
