Y2K FC, one of the popularly known football youth teams at Kingtom will today Thursday August 16th, engage Hennessy Street FC in a ding dong encounter in Group E, over a battle for supremacy in the ongoing Brima Keita Non-Violence Inter Community Football Competition at the K-Tee playing field, Lumley.

Speaking to this press, 14 years 8 months old versatile attacking midfield maestro, Mustapha Jalloh said he is confident that his side will clinch a victory in the match slated this afternoon; adding that his side is the favorite to win the competition because they have played together for a long period of time.

“I call upon all fans and supporters of Y2K FC to storm the field this afternoon and support us fully as our opening match is very important to us as a team”, he said.

Mustapha Jalloh, a BECE student of the Prince of Wales Secondary School who also is plying his trade with the Y2K FC said ‘a recent friendly match played against Kolleh FC with Byne Street on Tuesday August 14th shows how strong our team is for the competition.’

Tuesday August 14th, Janet Lane FC upset Israel FC 2-0.

On Friday August 17th Adelaide Street will engage Berwick Street FC.
