ACC Case Adjourned
The case between the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) and Josiah Paris, Media Consultant for the Sierra Leone Road Transport Authority (SLRTA) and three officials of SLRTA, Albert Sombi, Internal Auditor; Mohamed F. Keller, Finance Director and the former Acting Executive Director, Ahmed K. Yansaneh for alleged misappropriation of state funds amounting to million of Leones was yesterday adjourned by the High Court to Tuesday 17th July, 2012 due to the ill health of the Judge, Justice Abdulai Charm.
Prior to the adjournment, the Defense Lawyer, Abdul Tejan-Cole Snr. cross-examined the ACC investigator, Lucy Kabba.
Albert Sombi and Mohamed F. Keller have been suspended as directed by the Board.
