Keister hails team performance….eyes Jordan success
Sierra Leone national team, Leone Stars home-base coach, John Kesiter has applauded his boys performance in Wednesday’s international friendly against Iraq in Istanbul and hope they can achieve success over Jordan in Amman on Saturday May 26.
Kesiter who oversees his boys losing to the Iraqi believe the result was a good lesson for them and also gives them (the coach) the picture of the boys level.
“The first half we played well and in the second half we played more positively, the goal conceded is part of the educational process of the boys because at this level you can make such mistake,” Kesiter said.
“The result was not that matters, what’s important are where the boys are in terms of performance level. This game has given them believed and better chance in competing at such level.” The former Leone Stars midfielder is eyeing more improve performance in Jordan
